A man reportedly robbed Union Federal Bank in Viola, Illinois Thursday morning, November 8, 2012.
The robbery was reported at about 9:45 a.m.
Police said the suspect inferred he had a weapon when he went into the bank, at 1507 13th Street, and demanded money.
He was described as having a thin build. He left the bank northbound on the street just west of the bank, in a blue or gray passenger car.
No injuries were reported.
