In the two days leading up to the first presidential debate, Republican vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan will be campaigning in Iowa on a four-stop bus tour.
Congressman Ryan begins the “Real Recovery” bus tour Monday in Dubuque. He’s holding a rally at Loras College in the evening.
Tuesday he’ll make three stops. He’ll start the day in Clinton, followed by a meet and greet event in Muscatine and an afternoon appearance in Burlington.
He’ll end the day Tuesday with an event at the Romney-Ryan campaign headquarters in Burlington.
The Clinton event is a town hall at the county courthouse, 612 N. Second Street. doors open at 7 a.m. and the program is scheduled to begin at 9:10 a.m. Tickets can be picked up until 8 p.m. Monday at the Davenport Victory Office, 311. West Kimberly Road in Davenport.
The Muscatine event is a campaign stop at Elly’s Tea and Coffee House, 208 West Second Street #8. Attendees are asked to arrive by 11 a.m. and the program is set for 11:50 a.m.
Ryan ends this swing through Iowa with a campaign appearance at the campaign’s Victory Office, 3125 Agency Street. Doors open at 1 p.m. and the program was scheduled for 2:50 p.m.
