A mechanical problem forced the ice arena at the River’s Edge in Davenport to close through Monday, September 17.
The closure was announced Wednesday afternoon, September 12.
“All ice programming including public skate, freestyle and hockey is cancelled,” said a spokesperson for the City of Davenport. “The River’s Edge building hours and the Parks and Recreation Front Desk hours will also be reduced to 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. through Monday, September 17.”
