Women face Whiteside County drug charges

Police arrested two women on charges connected to dealing drugs near a Sterling, Illinois school and a Rock Falls, Illinois park.

Kelsey Schultz, 19, was arrested June 28, 2012 on a felony warrant for delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of St. Mary’s Elementary School in Sterling.  She was arrested at her apartment in Sterling.

Jessica Schultz, 27, reportedly surrendered to police June 28.  Police said they charged Jessica Schultz with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of Centennial Park in Rock Falls.  Jessica faces an additional count of unlawful delivery of cocaine. 

Both women were held in the Whiteside County Jail.
