A New Jersey mom has been arrested for allegedly bringing her 5-year-old daughter into a tanning booth, where the little girl was reportedly burned.
Authorities say Patricia Krentcil, 44, took her daughter into a stand-up tanning booth without the staff knowing. Krentcil is now charged with child endangerment.
New Jersey law bans children under the age of 14 from using tanning salons.
Krentcil is disputing the charges. She claims that her daughter was burned while playing outside.
