Crews are scheduled to start installing median barriers along Interstate 74 through Moline, Illinois.
The high-tension cable barriers will be installed in the median on I-74 from 12th Avenue to U.S. Highway 6.
Drivers can expect lane closures, especially on the inside lane, on I-74 through the work zone. Crews will work from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday each week.
The project, which is budgeted at just under $400,000, starts Monday, March 26, 2012 and is expected to be completed by the end of May.
