    “Ray Bandit” arrested, accused of 17 bank robberies

    The man the FBI calls the “Ray Bandit” was caught January 15th near Chicago, after police say he fled the scene of a bank robbery in Elgin, Illinois.

    The FBI has released more photos of a man accused of robbing three banks in our area and several more across the country.
