MOLINE, Illinois — Cars headed into Iowa are backing up beyond the I-74 Bridge.
Traffic cameras from the Iowa Department of Transportation were showing traffic jamming up beyond the foot of the bridge into the Illinois side. This was happening shortly before 7 a.m.
Traffic was moving freely again before 8 a.m.
