DAVENPORT, Iowa -- Just after 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Davenport police responded to reports of shots fired near Locust and Crescent Street in Davenport.
Upon arrival, officers found 26-year-old male, of Davenport, with a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to Genesis Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
The incident is under investigation.
