MOLINE -- "Big River, Big Challenges" was the theme for this year's Upper Mississippi River Conference.
People from all over the Midwest made their way to Moline to attend the 10th annual conference.
Event-goers heard speakers address topics such as tourism, flood control, and environmental challenges facing the river.
The conference ends Thursday, October 12.
