Update: The traffic blockage has cleared and cars are moving smoothly once again.

Traffic in the northbound lanes on Interstate 74 was slowed right around noon.
Multiple cars were moved aside and a tow truck showed up around 12:20 p.m. Emergency vehicles were also on scene.
Traffic was down to just the left lane.
