MUSCATINE, Iowa — The Muscatine Police Department reported a serious accident that took place at the intersection of 2nd Avenue and Lake Park Blvd. early Friday afternoon.
The scene was under control but a wrecked vehicle was blocking the roadway and causing some traffic issues.
Muscatine PD is asking drivers to avoid the area if at all possible.
