PORT BYRON, Illinois -- Emergency crews responded to reports of a home on fire in Port Byron on Friday evening, July 28.
The incident occurred on the four thousand block of 214th Street.
According to the Port Byron Fire Chief, the home is a total loss.
Fortunately, everyone was able to get out of the home and there were no reported injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
