Alvin Sims and Jeff McInnis played for the Quad City Thunder back in 1997-98, they won a CBA Championship that year. Now, their sons continue that great basketball tradition. Izaya Sims is a Senior at United Township, his cousin Jeff McInnis is a Sophomore at Moline. They played against each other twice this season with each cousin picking up a win.
