DAVENPORT, Iowa — Just less than two years after Megabus came to the Quad Cities, reports indicate that it’s going away.

Megabus, known for their green-certified double-decker buses with free Wi-Fi, started offering non-stop trips from Davenport to Chicago, Iowa City, Des Moines and Omaha in January of 2015.

According to a report by WHO-TV, Megabus planned to cut all of its services in Iowa starting January 9, 2017.
