College students at the University of Illinois are putting down the books to spread some holiday cheer.
For the 57th year, students in the school’s Snyder Hall host a program called Dial-A-Carol. Anyone looking to hear a certain holiday tune can call and request it to be sung over the telephone.
The program runs 24 hours a day until Wednesday, December 14

In 2015 students sang more than 16,300 carols for callers from all over the world.
