Man charged in US Cellular armed robbery surrenders to Dixon, IL police

DIXON, Illinois — A fourth suspect has been arrested in connection to an armed robbery at US Cellular.

The robbery was reported at the Keul Road store on Thursday, November 10, 2016 just before 7:30 p.m.  Previous reports indicate that three people wearing masks and armed with handguns went into the store and made the workers go into a back room. The employees were then tied up and the reported robbers stole several items and cash from the store.

Two men were arrested on November 15 and a third was arrested on November 22, according to the report.

Police confirmed that on November 29, Anthony K. Jamerson, age 23, surrendered to the Dixon Police Department. He is facing multiple charges of armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, aggravated robbery, conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery, and unlawful restraint.

Jamerson was held in the Lee County Correctional Facility and was held on $500,000 bond.

The three men previously arrested were Eddie Clark Jr., age 20; Michael Lane-Calhoun, age 24; and David Kendrick, age 23, the report said. Clark and Lane-Calhoun were each held on $200,000 bond, charged with armed robbery, aggravated robbery, and unlawful restraint. Kendrick was held on $500,000 bond, charged with armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, aggravated robbery, conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery and unlawful restraint.

Police said there was still another arrest warrant out in connection to the case.
