In a release sent Monday, Fire Marshal Mike Hartman said one person has been taken into custody in connection with the fire, which broke out shortly before 4:30 p.m. on Sunday. The release said the incident remains under investigation and does not indicate whether charges have been filed.

The structure fire was at 4611 Condor Street. The fire was quickly brought under control and the lone person home at the time escaped unharmed. Damage to the home was estimated at $10,000.
