DAVENPORT, Iowa -- The parade kicked off at 10 a.m., but assembly for the event started at 9 a.m. in the parking lots of the Scott County Administration Building and Scott County Courthouse.
The parade ended with a appreciation ceremony back in front of the courthouse.
Here is the parade route:
- Starts at 4th Street & Western Avenue
- Heads south on Western Street to 3rd Street
- Goes from 3rd Street to Main Street
- Goes south on Main onto 2nd Street
- Heads west on 2nd Street
- Goes north onto Ripley Street and onto 4th Street
- Ends at Ripley and 4th Streets
All traffic restrictions are now clear between 3rd and 4th street.
