SILVIS, Illinois - It looks like the Chicago Cubs will make it to game seven of the World Series.

It's become almost a tradition at The Doc's Inn in Silvis to throw a party every time the Cubs play.

Cubs fans gathered around a fire to watch game six of the World Series on a 30 foot screen Tuesday, November 1st.

"Its kind of like you're at the ballgame without having to actually travel up to Wrigley," said Emily Watkins.

Cubs Fans are still crossing their fingers for a championship.

"It's not over until the fat lady sings and the fat lady hasn`t stopped singing yet," said Reggie Freeman.

However, win or lose Cubs fans say they're still proud of how far their team has gone.

"Well we`re from Illinois we`re from the wait till next year state and we`ll be right back," said Freeman.
