MUSCATINE, Iowa — Do you recognize this person? Muscatine police posted to social media on Wednesday, Oct. 19, asking the public for help after the suspect passed out several fake $100 bills at businesses around the Muscatine area.
The photos in their post are from the Gamestop in Muscatine.
