DEWITT, Iowa-- Marketers of DeWitt hosted their 2nd annual Great Pumpkin Festival in downtown DeWitt.
The fest included activities like pumpkin painting, bowling and a pumpkin sling shot. Marketers of DeWitt is a group of local business owners using events like the Great Pumpkin Festival to raise money to bring more tourism in the city.
The group also uses the money to pay for new billboards in the area.
