On Friday, I spent the morning in the great town of Morning Sun. Even though it was rather cloudy, it was a great day to visit students at Morning Sun Elementary School. I spoke to two different groups of school children. We talked about severe weather, hurricanes, tornadoes, the seasons, and the water cycle!
Part of their homework was to watch News 8’s Good Morning Quad Cities this morning (as I was off of work on Monday). And in case they weren’t able, here’s the video for the teachers to show in their classroom.
