DAVENPORT, Iowa — Davenport residents are invited to have coffee with the officers of the Davenport Police Department on Friday morning, October 7, to help break down barriers between police offers and the city’s citizens.

The event is from 7-9 a.m. at Hy-Vee, 1823 E. Kimberly Road. Friday is national Coffee with a Cop day, which allows citizens to ask questions, voice concerns and get to know the officers that service the neighborhood.
