MOLINE, Illinois-- The I-Wireless Center introduced their new video board to the arena,  just in time for hockey season.

The new video wall is about 5 times bigger than the old one and includes a high definition camera and new replay system.

The new technology cost the I-Wireless Center about $600,000 and was installed between events over the past month.

"The revenues that we make every year go into a pot and then we re-invest back into the building to try to make it better for our fans... every year we try to do new projects to keep the building state of the art, looking new," says I-Wireless Center Executive Director, Scott Mullen.

The Quad City Mallards will be the first to use the new video wall during their first game of the season Friday, October 14, against the Fort Wayne Komets.
