MOLINE, Illinois — Drivers navigating around the John Deere Road construction project on Coaltown Road will see a slight traffic adjustment.
Traffic on Coaltown Road, at the intersection of 41st Street, will still be down to just one lane westbound, but drivers are being shifted onto the new pavement on the north side of the road. Workers will be installing new pavement on the south side next.
Once the south side pavement is complete two-lane traffic will reopen on Coaltown Road.
Project Manager Ryan Birney noted that access to businesses in that area will remain available.
