Make three types of seafood hoagies with Chef Scott


Chef Brad Scott shared recipes for three different types of hoagies with us on WQAD News 8 at 11 (videos below).

The three hoagies he made were with lobster meat, shrimp, and swordfish.

Chef Scott is with the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Center at Scott Community College.  The college opened its new Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management Center on September 22, 2010.

To celebrate, the school is hosting an event at the QC Waterfront Convention Center in Bettendorf on Thursday, October 6th.  It starts at 5pm and goes until 8:30.  Tickets are $50.00 per person or $380.00 for a table of eight people.

Chef Scott, SCC culinary arts students and the Isle of Capri will be preparing the night’s meal.   There will be a cash bar, silent auction, raffles and dancing.  Click here to learn more.
