Police respond to two shots fired calls in Davenport overnight

DAVENPORT, Iowa — Davenport police are investigating two shots fired calls that happened overnight.

The first was reported just before 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23, in the 3400 block of Division Street. A vehicle was struck, police say.

The second happened around 4 a.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of Scott Street. Officers say they recovered shell casing and a that a vehicle was struck.
