A Mount Pleasant, Iowa man has been charged in relation to a female who had been allegedly assaulted and left in the road.
The man, 35-year-old Robert Sinn, was arrested after police were called to the 1400 block of 260th Street around 2:15 a.m. Friday, August 5, 2016 “for a report of a female subject that had been assaulted and left along the roadway,” read a statement from the Henry County (Iowa) Sheriff’s Office.
Sinn was charged with second-degree sexual abuse and possession of stolen property, according to the statement. He was held in the Henry County Jail on $100,000 bond.
Officials did not provide any further details of the situation.
