In a week filled with Hillary Clinton blasting Donald Trump, and Trump fighting back, there is one subject both candidates agree upon: infrastructure.
In a recent interview, Trump vows he would outspend Clinton to repair America's infrastructure if elected president.
Both Democrats and Republicans call Clinton's plan to spend $275 billion over 5 years her best economic idea. But, Trump is saying he'll spend at least twice that, and that nobody can build better than he can.
There's bipartisan agreement to the act, but the debate is how to pay for it. Clinton has said she would raise taxes on businesses.
So far, Trump hasn't offered any specifics about how he would pay the bills.
