DAVENPORT, Iowa - One man is in the hospital after an early morning shooting.
Police were called to Genesis West around 3:45 a.m. on Sunday, July 3rd, 2016 after a man had been shot. An investigation found the man had been shot near Washington and 8th Street. The intersection is three blocks east of 8th Street and Division.
Investigators also determined the man had been in an argument earlier that morning. Shell casings were recovered at the scene. No arrests have been made.
The man is expected to be okay, but anyone with information should contact Davenport Police.
