East Moline Police ask for help identifying woman suspected of committing local bank fraud

EAST MOLINE, Illinois — East Moline Police detectives are asking for the public's help to identify a suspect connected to multiple forgeries.

The suspect in the photo has opened up bank accounts at multiple area Quad City banks under the name of Anna Walden. Police believe this woman stole the identify from someone in Michigan and that the identity is being used by the suspect to fraud local banks.

Anyone with information on the true identity of the suspect is asked to call East Moline Police at 309-797-0401 or Crime Stoppers at 762-9500.
