Tom Pospisil from Eriksen Chevrolet Buick was on-hand to present a check for $500 for the April Three Degree Guarantee to The Genesius Theatre Foundation.
Accepting the check were Gary Rowe, Doug Tschopp and Don Wooten of the Genesius Guild Foundation.
The Genesius Theatre Foundation’s mission is to ensure the long term financial success of the Genesius Guild. The Genesius Guild was organized in 1956, for the purpose of presenting free summer performances of classic plays (Shakespeare, Sophocles, Euripides, Aeschylus, Aristophanes) and operas in English.
Over 2,000 individuals have participated in Guild productions, ranging from professionals to amateurs, all working to a remarkable standard of excellence. The combination of community participation, classic schedule and free production make the Genesius Guild the only theater option of its kind in the country.
