A Spirit Lake, Iowa man was charged with several counts relating to sexual exploitation of a minor, authorities say.
Chuck Juhl, age 41, was charged with 10 counts of purchasing/possessing material depicting a minor in a sexual act, according to a statement from Iowa Department of Public Safety. An investigation into the situation started in September of 2014.
Juhl was arrested on Monday, May 23, 2016, according to the statement. He was held in the Dickinson County Jail on $20,000 bond.
Online jail records show that he has since been released on bond.
