Ingredients: 

6 oz Johnny's cream reduction -(cream, garlic, salt and pepper)
1T butter
1T Grated parmesan cheese

2 oz olive oil
3 oz Portobello mushrooms
2 oz Cut broccoli
2 oz Julienned red pepper
6 oz Tricolor cheese tortellini

Salt and pepper to taste

Add any protein if desired

Directions: 
Start by reducing the cream with butter.
When starting to thicken, finish with grated parmesan.
In separate pan, start by heating up the olive oil and add the mushrooms, broccoli, and red peppers.
Cook until tender.
Sink the tortellini in boiling water for 2mins
Add vegetables to cream and then add the tortellini.
Garnish with parsley and shredded parmesan.
