Third fatal Dubuque shooting suspect in custody

Minifee was arrested outside a Maryland shopping center and is now in custody, reports KCRG.

DUBUQUE, Iowa (AP) — Two people have pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from a fatal shooting at a mobile home park in the community of Key West, south of Dubuque.

Imere Hall, 18, and Taylor Shaw, 21, entered their pleas Thursday morning after they were arrested Wednesday and charged with first-degree murder and robbery, The Telegraph Herald reports.

Shaw’s lawyer did not wish to comment. Hall’s attorney did not immediately return a phone message seeking comment.

A warrant was issued for the third suspect, Tacari Minifee, 19, for the same charges. Minifee was arrested outside a Maryland shopping center and is now in custody, reports KCRG.

Authorities say Collin Brown, 21, was shot after at least three suspects forced their way into his home on April 2. Brown ran to a neighbor’s home and collapsed. He was pronounced dead at a Dubuque hospital.
