MOLINE, Illinois — A 63-year-old man drove into an Impala driven by an Illinois State Policeman, who was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The accident happened around 10:15 p.m. Friday, May 6, in the Fourth Avenue of 19th Street in Moline.
David Legg, of Ely, refused medical treatment at the scene and was cited for disobeying a traffic control signal.
