BOSTON (AP) — The driver of an amphibious sightseeing vehicle, that collided with a scooter in Boston, killing a woman, has a history of driving violations.

Records released by the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles show the driver has been cited for speeding 10 times, was found at fault in a 2003 accident and was cited for several other infractions.

The Boston Herald reports the records don’t indicate which vehicle the driver was operating when he was cited.

Boston Duck Tours tells The Associated Press it reviewed the driver’s driving record in March and there are “discrepancies” between information it received and information that was reported.

The driver’s license has been suspended, which is routine in fatal crashes. No charges have been filed.

The collision Saturday, April 30, 2016, near Boston Common killed 28-year-old Allison Warmuth.
