A body was reportedly found in the Mississippi River near Buffalo, Iowa. The Scott County Sheriff's Office has not released a name but has identified the body belonging to an adult white male.
The discovery was reported around 1 p.m. Thursday, March 17, 2016.
Representatives from the Rock Island County and Scott County Sheriff's departments were there, as were Buffalo police and fire departments.
An autopsy is scheduled for Friday, March 18.
