A frightened dog’s demeanor completely changed in seconds once she was reunited with her puppies.
She was one of two dogs surrendered to the Marin Humane Society in Novato, California. Employees at the shelter figured out that she had recently had puppies and were able to get the puppies for her.
In a video shared on their Facebook page and YouTube channel, the dog, named Cora, went from cowering in a corner to jumping up on the employees once she saw her pups.
An update on Thursday, March 10 showed that the puppies and the mom were both doing well since their reunion. The puppies have all been named after Downton Abbey characters and were expected to be adopted out in the coming weeks.
