In a drug search at two Henry County, Iowa homes, officers found items consistent with the making and selling of drugs, which could lead to arrests.

Deputies searched a home in Winfield and another in Mount Pleasant for drugs on Thursday, March 3, 2016, according to a statement from the Henry County Sheriff’s Office.  Inside the homes, they found items that were “consistent with the manufacture and distribution of illegal drugs” and confiscated them.

Authorities planned to send what they found in the homes to the Iowa DCI Lab for testing.  Charges and arrests were expected, according to the statement.
