Andover, Illinois residents who have a “476” phone number may have trouble reaching 911 today.
For some unknown reason, residents with those phone numbers were not able to dial 911, Tuesday, March 1, 2016. If this includes you, call 911 from your cell phone if you have an emergency and need police, fire, or ambulance.
