A local program threatened by the Illinois budget impasse will stay open.
Intouch Adult Day Services will keep operating in Moline.
Chicago-based Addus Health Care will take over for Lutheran Social Services on March 1, 2016.
The move will save about two dozen jobs and services for 150 clients.
The program will remain open during the transition.
It's located at 4011 Avenue of the Cities in Moline.
