More and more, Americans are using online dating sites or mobile dating apps.
The percentage of adults who have used online dating sites went up from 9% in 2013 to 12% in 2016, according to Pew Research Center. And 9% of adults have used a dating app on their cellphones, up from 3% in 2013.
Apparently tech-dating has worked out for some, because 29% of people know someone who has met a spouse or a long-term partner through online dating.
Though relationships work out for some, the feedback from those who have tried online dating is mixed.
