Greatest Grains: Carne asada street tacos

Marinade gives the steak great flavor for these simple, quick tacos!

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs skirt steak

4 cloves garlic minced

1 whole bunch of cilantro

2 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp orange juice

2 tbsp white vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil

1 drop cumin essential oil

1 drop oregano essential oil

16 whole corn tortillas

cilantro (for topping)

onion (for topping)

lettuce (for topping)

cheese (for topping)

avocado (for topping)

sour cream (for topping)

salsa (for topping)

Instructions

Combine the garlic, cilantro, lime juice, orange juice, white vinegar, olive oil, cumin oil, oregano oil, & chili powder in a blender, mix well and combine.

Place skirt steak in ziploc bag with 3/4 of marinade mixture. Let marinade for 1-8 hours.

Grill steak on a pre-heated grill on high. Cook for 5-8 minutes on each side or until desired. Slice in thin strips and enjoy with warmed tortillas.
