Moline man wanted for stealing jewelry and firearms

Police were searching for one of two men from Moline, Illinois, charged in connection with jewelry and guns stolen, before Christmas, from a home in East Moline.

Police were searching for one of two men from Moline, Illinois, charged in connection with jewelry and guns stolen, before Christmas, from a home in East Moline.

A juvenile boy was already in custody in connection with the home burglary that happened in the 700 block of 26th Street on December 14, 2015, according to police.

Since the burglary happened, investigators have searched two addresses in Moline and one in Hampton, and they have found some of the items stolen.

Moline man wanted for stealing jewelry and firearms

Lane Mills, 20, was charged with felony residential burglary, and he was held in the Rock Island County Jail in lieu of $40,000 bond.

Police said they were still searching for 20-year-old Ethan Kiely.  Kiely was also charged with residential burglary; he was additionally charged with unlawful possession of a stolen firearm, and unlawful sale or delivery of a firearm.
