A memorial in Dubuque, Iowa appears to have been vandalized.
The Dubuque Veteran’s Memorial was found in pieces on Sunday, December 13, 2015, and according to a post on the Dubuque Scanner Facebook page, it was vandalized overnight.
“It appears a vehicle drove through it knocking over and destroying a couple of the monuments,” read the post. The broken pieces that were found had red paint transferred onto them.
