Clinton Mayor Mark Vulich has won re-election, winning the majority of absentee votes and winning in each of the City's four wards.
Vulich faced former City Councilwoman and former School Board member Jennifer Graf in a runoff election after no one got more than 50% of the vote in the November City elections.
Vulich received 1721 votes to Graf's 1350 votes for a 56% to 44% victory.
"I've got four years behind me and I think we can jump in and feel ready to go," Vulich told News 8 at his re-election party.
He says his top priorities are to hold property taxes to their current level if not lower them, keep jobs in the city, and grow Clinton's tax base.
Vulich also says he won despite spending the least amount of money among his opponents.
"I can do it without the unions and the PACs and I do it with actual citizens," he said.
The Clinton County Assessor's Office breaks down the unofficial voting by wards:
- In Ward 1, Vulick received 184 votes to Graf's 123
- In Ward 2, Vulich received 353 votes to Graf's 256
- In Ward 3, Vulich received 353 votes to Graf's 286
- In Ward 4, Vulich received 386 votes to Graf's 337
- Absentee votes included 445 for Vulich to 348 for Graf
