The John Hancock center in Chicago, Illinois caught fire Saturday, November 21, 2015.

WGN reported that the fire broke out on the 50th floor and a top-to-bottom search of the building was conducted.

Firefighters did not evacuate the building, though some people did evacuate anyway, according to the report.

Five people reportedly suffered minor injuries in the blaze.

Firefighters were told that the fire started in a bedroom.  Officials were not clear on what started the blaze.

As of Saturday evening, residents on the 50th floor were not yet allowed to go back home.
