By Sunday morning, November 22, 2015 the MidAmerican outage map confirmed that all outages in the Quad Cities area were repaired.

Ameren Illinois reported that any Galesburg residents without power could expect to have their lights on by noon on Sunday.

After a night of snowfall, some residents around the Quad Cities area were without power.

Just before 8 a.m. on Saturday, November 21, 2015, MidAmerican Energy reported that 113 customers in the Illinois Quad Cities were impacted, and 92 residents in the Iowa Quad Cities were impacted.

That number increased just before 11 a.m. and 116 customers in the Iowa QC were without power, and 218 in the Illinois QC.

On the Illinois side, most of the outages were in Joslin and Moline.  On the Iowa side, most of the outages were on the north side of Bettendorf and a handful on the southwest side of Davenport.

By 1:45 p.m. only 16 customers in the Illinois Quad Cities were without power.

LeClaire was heavily struck by outages. MidAmerican was reporting that more than 2,000 customers were without power. Their power was expected to be back on by 2 p.m.

Outages in Rock Island County and in Mercer County were expected to be fixed by 10 a.m.
